About the Pledge

Childhood bullying can have have lifelong impact, leading to depression, anxiety, substance abuse and even suicide. We have the power to prevent it, if we take action.

Here’s what you can do:

  2. Get Help From the Professionals: Don't think you can handle every situation on your own. Reach out to trusted adults—teachers, parents, school administrators—who are there to help. If the bullying still isn't being addressed, you can find more resources at
  3. Raise Awareness: Art can be a powerful tool to tell a message. Watch and share the To This Day Project, which explores the profound and lasting impact of bullying.

I pledge to stand up to bullying and its damaging effect on children, schools, and communities. I will be a part of the solution by joining the movement to confront this problem head-on!
